Bagging is a process that is done by a commercial grade lawn mower and even some residential mowers. The mower cuts the grass and shoots the debris into a bag or compartment so that the grass can be disposed of off-site. This process keeps your lawn looking clean and free of grass clumps throughout the growing season. Whether you keep your grass clippings on your lawn or not is a personal preference. Grass clippings left on your lawn will, when they break down, add nutrients back into your lawn that the grass needs. There is an additional cost to having your lawn bagged because it adds extra time to mowing. However, if you dislike having clumps of grass on your lawn then you will definitely want to have the clippings removed. For property that are part of a lawn treatment program you will most like want to consider removing the grass clippings because your lawn will often grow a lot faster than an untreated lawn.
Our mowing services are set up as seasonal services. Once the estimate is approved you will be added to our schedule for the entire growing season. You will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month for services rendered during the previous month.

We set up routes based on the geographical locations of all of our clients, this allows us to reduce our impact on the environment by using less fuel & we are able to provide more prompt services to all of our clients. Once you are on the schedule, your property will be mowed the same day each week. There are some exceptions like rain days that make us adjust our schedule, but you can count on us to provide you with regular weekly services.
We understand that things happen. You may have work being done on your property. Call or email our office at least 48 hours before your mowing day and we will cancel services for that week. Skipping a service visit will not impact contracted pricing.
Give us a heads up in advance so that we can adjust the schedule. Just remember, this can affect not only your property but other clients who share the same route as you. Which is why we cannot do this all the time and may have to move your scheduled mowing to another day for that particular week. Let us know one week in advance so that we can adjust the schedule and best accommodate your needs.
We often have clients that have other companies take care of their lawn treatments. We ask that when you sign up for services you let us know in advance so that we can be prepared to adjust your scheduled mowing time if needed. Typically, these services require that no one walk on your lawn for up to 48hrs. Lawn treatment companies usually perform services on a particular day of the week much like our maintenance services and will be scheduled in advance. Letting us know your treatment schedule ahead of time means that we can make sure you have your lawn taken care of properly each week.
